HOW DO I USE A PROMOTION OR OFFER CODE

 

We offer our customers a number of different promotional incentives. Some will be in the form of a percentage discount or certain amount discount. Simply use your promotion code on our checkout page to get the stated discount.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON PROMOTIONAL CODES

 

The website will only accept one promotional code per order. Promotional codes will often have a time limit. If the time limit has expired, the website will not accept the promotional code.

 

 

DELIVERY

Stock permitting, we will deliver your order within 2-3 working days.

 

CHARGES ON DISPATCH

 

All the orders below PKR 5500 will be charged at PKR 500  per order. However anything above PKR 5500 will be free of charge.

 

DELIVERY TIMESCALES

 

Your order will be delivered within 2-3 working days in Pakistan only. Delivery timings will be 9 am to 6pm.

Our goods normally arrive within the specified delivery timeframe, however from time to time problems may occur. If your order has not arrived, please contact our Customer Services Department on +92-334-4899988 between 9am-5pm Monday to Saturday. Alternatively you can email us at service@savilerowco.com.pk and we will investigate any problems as soon as possible.




 RETURNS

 

Our products are quality assured of highest quality therefore do not offer any kind of return. We try to offer the highest level of customer service therefore we only offer exchange service in case of wrong size.

TERMS AND CONDITONS FOR EXCHANGE

 

  • Product should be returned within 3 working days after it has been delivered to the customer.
  • Product should not be used at all
  • Any type of stain or mark will disqualify the product to be exchanged

 

 

STOCK AVAILABILITY

 

With each season, we introduce a new collection of clothing. Some of your favourite products are carried forward from one season to the next but generally we do our best to constantly refresh and invigorate our designs. This means we can’t guarantee permanent availability of an item so it’s always best to stock up on a favourite.
